Carl Keith Wright, 83 of East Brady died Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.    

Born August 15, 1933 in Butler, he was the son of Robert A. and Helen (Wade) Wright. 

A 1952 graduate of Union High School, Keith served as a Corporal in the US Army.  He was a recipient of the Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. 

On June 23, 1956, Keith married the former Janet Weibel.  She survives. 

He was employed as an electrician at Penreco in Karns City, and retired after 32 years. 

Keith enjoyed wood working, making many items for his home and for family members.  He made many flag cases and donated them to the families of deceased veterans.  He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and lover of dogs. 

Keith is survived by his wife Janet Wright of East Brady, 3 daughters; Kina (Harry) Fink of East Brady, Joyce (John) Eltz of Cooperstown, Lisa (Greg) Weckerly of Bruin and 1 son Carl Wright of Powder Springs, GA.   

He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; Heather, Laurie, Aaron, Nathan, Jacob, MaKayla, Olivia, 2 step-grandchildren; Heather and Nick, 2 great grandchildren; Ryleigh and Genevieve, 1 brother; Glenn (Mary) Wright and many nieces and nephews.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter-in-law; Debi Wright, 1 sister; Joyce Plunkard, 1 brother; Earl Wright.    

Services for Carl Keith Wright will be private and held at the convenience of his family. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Buechele Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., East Brady.
