When I was a little girl, Pauline would take me with her to sell poppies outside of the bank on the Friday before Memorial Day. When she and Chuck built their house two down from ours, I often stopped by. She was gracious and kind. I remember her with Grandma and the other church women in the kitchen. I'm glad she was part of my childhood.

Just remembering all the vacations and weekends on the river with you and your mom and dad. Good times. Your mom was a great lady and so good to my mom in the later years. My deepest sympathies and love to you and your family

I have many wonderful memories of your Mom and Dad. I loved running in the long hallway of the apartment, then playing pool with Chuck in the house. Mom and I visited Pauline at New Haven, and while she didn't outwardly remember us, she was certainly as kind and gracious as always. I am praying for you and your family, and hope you are comforted by the knowledge that your parents are together and we will see them again.
