Donald L. Benninger, 79, of the Chicora Medical Center, formerly of East Brady died Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at the Chicora Medical Center.

Born February 27, 1938, he was the son of Arthur R. and Anna M. (Schott) Benninger.

Don was a member of the Trinity Reformed Church in Bradys Bend. 

For 21 years, Don was a custodian at East Brady High School, he later worked for 9 years at Steiners Outdoors and More.

He enjoyed playing guitar and admiring antique cars.

Surviving is one sister, Doris Benninger of Chicora Medical Center and a close family friend, Ruth Port of Butler.

Don was preceded in death by his parents.

A Funeral Service will be held at Noon in the Funeral Home with Pastor Pete Sapp of the Trinity Reformed Church.

Private burial will be in Brady Bend Cemetery.
