Delbert L. Young

Delbert L. Young, 66 of Karns City died Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born August 28, 1954 in Karns City, he was the son of Delbert L. and Eleanor M. (Crawford) Young.

On June 29, 1974, Delbert married the former Helen L. Claypoole, she survives.

For much of his career, Delbert was the owner and operator of Young Excavating.  He enjoyed his work and heavy equipment operation. 

Delbert also enjoyed watching western movies and visiting with friends.

He is survived by his wife, Helen L. Young of Karns City and one son, David Young of Grove City. 

Delbert is also survived by one grandson Elijah Young of New Castle and his good friends, Don and Chris Seybert.

He was preceded in death by his father and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be no public services for Delbert L. Young.

Arrangements are under the direction of Buechele Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., East Brady.
