Dorothy Anna Winslow Hogan, 76, of Broadway, NC passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at E. Carlton Powell Hospice Center in Lillington, NC.

Born on October 11, 1935 in East Brady, PA to the late Joseph C. (Pat) Winslow and Dorothy (McDowell) Winslow.  She was a teacher for 30 years and loved making a difference in her student's lives.  She loved to quilt and creating works of art and loved her family and had a passion for her dogs Dixie and Sassy.

She is survived by her husband Raymond L. Hogan of Broadway, NC
Two sons; Stephen Hogan and wife Becky of Asheboro, NC and Thomas Hogan of Smock, PA. 

Three Daughters; Helen K. Hogan and comnpanion Wil Dorta of Cape Coral, FL, Joanna O'Shea of Pittsburgh, PA, and Jeannette Marier Smith of Meadville, PA. 

She is also survived by Five Brothers;
Patrick Winslow, Edward Thomas Winslow, David Winslow, Alan Winslow, and Paul Winslow.

Six grandchildren and Five great-grandchildren.


Friends will be received 7-9pm Tuesday November 29, 2011 at the Buechele Funeral Home 105 4th Street, East Brady, PA 16028

Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Wednesday November 30, 2011 at St. Eusebius Church, East Brady, PA with the Rev. William Kuba. 

Burial will be in St. Eusebuis Cemetery, Brady Twp., Clarion Co.
