Douglas A. Kolich

Douglas A. Kolich, 58, of East Brady died Saturday, January 17, 2026.

Born August 6, 1967 in Kittanning, he was the son of Andrew B. “Butch” and S. Carol (Bowser) Kolich.

Doug attended East Brady High School and worked for Custom Bent Glass, AK Steel and Bayer.

Doug enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether it was on his motorcycle, hunting or fishing.

Surviving is one son, Robert Andrew Kolich of East Brady and one grandson, Kyler Andrew Allen Kolich of East Brady.  One niece, Jessica (Andrew) Hartle of Chicora, one nephew, Austin Kolich, and two great nieces, Everly and Madeline Hartle. 

He is also survived by two aunts, Dolly Martin, Winnie Melendez, one uncle, Gary “Bub” (Amy) Bowser, and a large extended family of cousins and friends.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Brian Kolich.

A Memorial Service for Douglas A. Kolich will be announced at a later date.
