Ethel F. Bertram

Ethel F. Bertram, of East Brady died Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

Born July 7, 1935, in Crossingville, PA, she was the daughter of William and Mary (Swaney) Fuller.

A 1954 graduate of Edinboro High School, Ethel was a homemaker.

In 1961, she married Ralph D. Bertram, he preceded her in death in 2009.

Ethel was a member of St. Eusebius Roman Catholic Church and a member of the Rimersburg Senior Center.  She enjoyed letter writing, flower gardening, taking care of her cats and her home.

She is survived by two daughters, Janet Satterthwaite of Indianapolis, IN, Sally Saunders and husband Tom of Tucson, AZ and one son, Scott and wife Danielle Bertram of Connoquenessing, PA.

She is also survived by one brother George Fuller and eight grandchildren.

Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, and husband.

At her request, there will be no services.  She will be buried in St. James Cemetery, Crossingville.

Arrangements are under the direction of Buechele Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., East Brady, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ethel’s name to the East Brady Volunteer Fire Department, 101 Graham Street, East Brady, PA 16028 or the Orphans of the Storm State, 11878 State Route 85, Kittanning, PA 16201.
