Nan E. Miller, 87 of Cowansville died Friday June 19, 2015 at the Kittanning Care Center. 

Born October 18, 1927 in Elm Grove West Virginia, she was the daughter of Albert T. and Nan E. (Herbert) Griffith. 

A 1946 Graduate of West Liberty High School, Nan had worked at ACMH Hospital as a Lab Assistant for 10 years.  She also owned and operated the Lake Brook Farm and the Cowansville Dairy Farm. 

A member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Bradys Bend, she was a member of the Young at Heart, the Altar Rosary Society, sang in the choir and was active with the church dinners. 

Nan enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles and tending her vegetable garden. 

She is survived by 2 daughters Christine King and husband Ron of New Kensington, Nanette Weibel and husband Bill of Karns City.  1 son Ted Miller and wife Kitty of Cowansville. 
Nan is also survived by 1 sister Doris Pavelich and husband Adam of Windsor Heights WVa, 8 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters. 

There will be no visitation for Nan E. Miller.
A Memorial Mass will be held in the near future.
Arrangements are under the direction of Buechele Funeral Home, East Brady, PA.

The Miller Family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Patrick Church 915 State Route 68 East Brady, PA 16028.
