Paul M. Kusick, 53, of Bradys Bend died August 26, 2021, at his home.
Born September 22, 1967, in Butler, Paul was the son of John and Marilyn “Sis” (Snow) Kusick.
A 1985 graduate of East Brady High School, Paul entered the US Army and served at Fort Campbell. He was a heavy equipment operator and was the recipient of the Good Conduct Medal, the Air Assault Badge, the Army Service Ribbon, the Marksman, Sharpshooter, Hand Grenade and Driver Wheel Badge, the Army Achievement Medal. Paul had worked at Moonlight Mushroom, Bradys Bend Limestone and most recently, worked in maintenance for Moraine State Park.
Paul was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church and he enjoyed spending time outdoors.
Surviving are his three sisters; Amy (Mike) Miller of East Brady, Beverly (Bill) Scherer of Bonita Springs, FL, Jill (Matt) Stimac of Bradys Bend, two brothers; John (AJ) Kusick of East Brady and Steve Kusick of Monaca.
He is also survived by his dearly loved nieces and nephews, Brad Miller, Eric Miller, Will Scherer, Steven Scherer, Kory (Laurene) Kusick, Nicholas Kusick, Matt (Kiersten) Stimac, Josh (Chelsy) Stimac, Ashley Kusick and Emma Kusick.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Jeff and his close Aunt Von and Uncle Bud Rodgers.
All services for Paul M. Kusick will be private.
The Kusick family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Paul’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN, 38105 or your local volunteer fire department.
