Robert G. Patton, 66, of East Brady died Sunday June 17, 2012 at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. 
Born May 8, 1946 in Kittanning PA, he was the son of John and Alice (Cravenor) Patton. 
Bob attended Kittanning High School.  He was of Protestant Faith. 
On June 24, 1967, Bob married Diane E. Boyle.  She survives. 
He was a member of the Local 952 Laborers Union for 28 years.  Bob also worked in the West Freedom Coal Mine. 
Bob was a member of the East Brady Volunteer Fire Department for a number of years.  He enjoyed playing cards, especially poker, was a great handyman and enjoyed assisting his daughter in the operation of the St. Cloud Hotel in East Brady. 

Surviving is his wife Diane E. (Boyle) Patton of East Brady.  1 Daughter Renee S. Patton of East Brady, 2 Sons James A. "Chud" Patton of East Brady and Robert G. "Bub" Patton of East Brady.  His Mother and Stepfather Alice and Venson Toy of Kittanning.  2 Brothers William Patton of Kittanning and John Patton of Ford City. 
Bob is also survived by 3 grandchildren Matthew, James and Kayla Patton of Ford City numerous brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews, and his favorite dog Benny. 

He was preceded in death by his father, 1 infant son, 1 sister Judy Pyle, and 1 Brother James Patton


Friends of Robert G. Patton will be received 2-4, 6-8 Wednesday June 20, 2012 at the Charles B. Buechele Funeral Home, 105 4th East Brady, PA
Funeral Services will be held 11am Thursday June 21, 2012 at the Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Hillwig of the East Brady Baptist Church officiating. 
Private burial in St. Eusebius Cemetery will follow. 
The Patton Family suggests in Lieu of Flowers, donations be made to the East Brady Ambulance PO Box 325 East Brady, PA 16028
