Roy J. Beham, 58, of Cowansville, died Friday, November 14, 2025, at UPMC Mercy.
Born October 28, 1967, in Kittanning, he was the son of Frank and Barbara J. (Kaufman) Beham.
Roy dedicated 25 years to the garage door industry, and for the last 15 of those years, he proudly owned and operated his own business, Beham’s Garage Doors. Before beginning his career in garage doors, he was a member of the carpenters union and worked at the family transmission shop in Frogtown.
Roy was a member of the American Legion in Cowansville. Music was one of his greatest passions, and his talent as a drummer led him to play in several bands over the years. He was a dedicated, hardworking man who loved putting his carpentry skills to use on various projects, and he found enjoyment in spending time outdoors.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Jackie Beham, whom he married July 14, 2007, of Cowansville, two sons; Roy (fiancé Amber Born) Beham of Shaler, Troy (Emily) Beham of Butler, two step-children; Bobby (Heather) Keys of Irwin, Samantha (fiancé Dan Waltenbaugh) Keys of Adrian, and five grandchildren; Skyler, Maddox, Paisley, Ashlynn and Jaxon.
Roy is also survived by two brothers; Frank Beham and Jeff (Michelle) Beham, three sisters; Karen (Steve) Lash, Debbie Beham, Laurie Beham, and a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and cousins. His lifelong friend and neighbor; Sean (Julie) Rumbarger, in addition to close friends that were like family.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather; Bill Bowser, and sister-in-law; Kim Beham.
At Roy’s request, there will be no public services. Arrangements are under the direction of Buechele Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., East Brady, PA.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
