Samuel J. Shultz, 27 of Kittanning Hollow (Bradys Bend Twp.) died Monday December 23, 2013  at his home. 

Born April 17, 1986, he was the son of Dave H. and Pearl M. (Pezzuti) Shultz.

Survivors include his parents of Kittanning Hollow, 1 sister Jodie Love (Ron) of Kittanning Hollow, 2 brothers Ben (Missy) Shultz of Sagamore, and Jake (Shannon) Shultz of Pittsburgh.  He is also survived by his grandmother Mitzie Shultz of Kittanning Hollow, 3 nieces, 2 nephews, and numerous aunts and uncles. 

Sam was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, his paternal grandfather, and 1 aunt Susie Shultz. 

A memorial service for Samuel J. Shultz will be held 11am Saturday December 28, 2013 at St. Paul's Community Church, with the Rev. Randall Forester officiating. 

The family asks that donations be made to Buechele Funeral Home and Cremation Services 707 Kellys Way East Brady, PA 16028 to assist the family with expenses.
