Sandra R. Crawford, 58, of Bradys Bend died Sunday July 5, 2015, surrounded by her family at West Penn Hospital.

Born November 10, 1956 in Butler, she was the daughter of Carl Dean and Shirley J. (Shea) King. 

A 1975 graduate of East Brady High School, Sandy married Henry J. Crawford Jr. on November 25, 1978.  He survives. 

A member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, her love for children was evident through her involvement with the Vacation Bible School every summer and CCD.  She also babysat and provided day care from her home for many East Brady area children for years. 

Sandy was a member of the Bradys Bend SOI where she was active with dinners and events.  She enjoyed crafting and her flower gardens.  Sandy was glad to have recently participated in the Whisper Walk for Ovarian Cancer.  Sandy was a wonderful person with a kind heart, she will be missed by all who knew her.   

She is survived by her husband Henry Crawford Jr. of Bradys Bend and 3 sons Henry Crawford III of Pittsburgh, Brett Crawford of North Port, FL and Evan Crawford of Kaylor.  She is also survived by her parents Dean and Shirley King of East Brady, 1 sister Susan (Bryan) Bly of Chippewa, and 2 brothers Ward (Ruth) King of Ambler, PA, Carl Dean "Rocky" (Lynn) King of Bradys Bend, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Sandy was preceded in death by an infant daughter Mary Elaine.

At Sandy's request, there will be no visitation.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10am Thursday July 9, 2015 at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Bradys Bend with Rev. John Butler officiating. 

The Crawford family suggests that donations be made in Sandy's name to St. Patrick Church's Vacation Bible School Fund 915 State Route 68, East Brady, PA 16028
