Sharon L. Hillwig, 69 of Hilliards died Tuesday October 14, 2014 at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born June 9, 1945 in Butler, she was the daughter of Earl L. & Paula V. (Wick) Anthony.
On September 22, 1962, Sharon married Larry A. Hillwig.
Sharon was a Para Professional with the Moniteau School District for 15 years. She was a volunteer at the Butler Co. Humane Society, enjoyed gardening and dearly loved her children and grandchildren.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of East Brady.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Larry of Hilliards.
2 Sons, Larry A. Hillwig Jr. (Thomas Stokes) of Jersey City, NJ,
Bryan K. Hillwig (Rhonda) of Clayton, IL.
1 Daughter, Jill P. Hall (Nathan) of Renfrew she is also survived by
3 Brothers, Paul Anthony of Petrolia,
David Anthony of West Sunbury and
William Anthony of Butler.
2 Sisters, Janet Shuler and Debra Duncan both of Butler.
Her step-mother, Jane Anthony of Butler.
Grandchildren, Lisa, Kimber and Jacob Hillwig, and Cooper Hall.
Great Grandson, Jace Jarrod.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 daughter and 1 brother.
Friends of Sharon L. Hillwig will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Friday, October 17, 2014 at Buechele Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 707 Kellys Way, East Brady, PA.
Additional visitation will be held from 10-11 AM Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the First Presbyterian Church, East Brady.
Funeral service will be held at 11 AM, with the Rev. Raymond Eichler, officiating.
Private Burial will follow in the Bradys Bend Cemetery.
