Todd Corvi, 57, of Fenelton, was welcomed into his new heavenly home on June 26th, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by prayers, love and family. Todd was a man who lived life with heart, hard work, and deep devotion to his faith and his family. He was the cherished husband of Lisa (Toy) Corvi for 35 years, and together they built a life filled with love and laughter.
Todd was a proud and devoted father of four daughters/attendees of Corvi Bootcamp: Ashley King (Matt), Kayla Geibel (Jason), Candace Corvi, and Cortney Minton (Craig).
Todd wore many hats throughout his life, often a hardhat as a member of Operating Engineers Local 66 for 39 years. While he loved operating cranes and equipment, his favorite title by far was “Pap.” His grandchildren were his greatest joy and he developed a special relationship with each one— Bentley 15, Adam 10, Jaxon 10, Easton 9, Joey 7, Emmett 5, Archer 3, Skyler 1, and Augustus 1 visited almost daily. He is also survived by his mother Penny Bundy (Harold “Bud”) of Cabot, brother Joe (Irene) of Greensburg and sister Tricia Forter (Dan) of Ajax, Ontario. He looks forward to being reunited with his father, Joseph “Bud” in heaven.
Todd was known for being kind to everyone. He had a warm heart, feisty sense of humor, and unwavering support for those he loved. Todd made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. Within minutes of meeting him, he’d know your whole life story. He enjoyed the simple things — family cookouts, hunting, side-by-side poker runs, lifelong friendships, watching his grandkids play sports, motorsports, and working in his garage. He faced his illness with remarkable courage, never letting it define him or take away his spirit.
A private service will be held by the family, with a celebration of life planned at a later date to honor the incredible man Todd was.
Arrangements are under the direction of Buechele Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., East Brady, PA.
Sitting down to share a meal was important to Todd and if you were lucky, he’d be the one cooking.
