Tyler Reed Obituary

Tyler J. Reed, 18, of East Brady, lost his battle with Loeys-Dietz Syndrome on Thursday, October 14, 2021.

Born May 13, 2003, in Butler, he was the son of Brian D. and Pamela M. (Niklas) Reed.

Tyler was a 2021 graduate of Karns City High School and he had planned on attending truck driving school.  Tyler lived his life to the fullest and had an irresistible personality.  He loved camping in the mountains, driving his truck, and his black lab; Zoey.  He loved spending time with his friends and girlfriend, Abby Stewart.  Tyler enjoyed jet skiing on the Allegheny River and liked giving water level and weather updates on the East Brady Boaters Facebook page, which he moderated.  His humorous nature left a last impression on all who had the privilege of meeting Tyler.  He will always be loved and missed.

Tyler is survived by his parents; Brian and Pam Reed of East Brady, one sister, Saydie Moore (fiancé Tyler Wiser) and niece; Harper Jane, of East Brady.

He is also survived by his grandparents, Connie and Dave Kamerer of Butler, Gary and Jan Reed of Renfrew and John Compton of Hazel Hurst.  One uncle, Gary Reed and close friend and cousin Abby, of Butler, and one aunt, Tracy and Michael Martsolf of Butler.

Tyler leaves behind several cousins and many close friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother; Brenda Suda.
