Patricia A. “Patti” Bowser, 73, of Templeton died Friday, May 3, 2024 at ACMH Hospital. Born January 19, 1951 in Moline, Ill, she was the daughter of Betty Lou Meincke. On September 21, 2005, Patti married Richard P. Bowser Jr.  He survives. Laura M. Hogan, 69, of East Brady died Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Allegheny General Hospital. Born April 16, 1954 in Butler, she was the daughter of Roy and Beverly (Beabout) Crawford. Charles T. “Tom” Hiles, 75, of Sarver, formerly of Queenstown died Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Fair Winds Manor, Sarver.  Born April 18, 1948 in Queenstown, he was the son of Charles L. and Mary Katherine (Uenking) Hiles.  A graduate of Karns City High School, Tom enlisted in the US Navy and served from 1967 to 1971.
